The 2nd home base 2's blue light is no longer on after about 8 months. In both instances cameras were functioning. It seems this blue light issue has never been fixed for at least 2 years now.

The HomeBase has a blinking red light on the front of it.by "reset" do you mean "reboot"? also, is this a homebase 1 or 2 ? you can reboot the homebase 2 remotely . go to the settings page of the homebase 2. at the bottom of the page you have the option "reboot device". i would think the homebase 1 is the same but i am not sure.
