Seems like the 1st batch of the PSA MD mags had plastic flashing that was hanging up the follower at the mag catch area inside the mag. My 2 have a little bit of flashing but work just fine. I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds. I’ll follow up after my second trip to the range.
