Hi there! Last month I had my mirena removed after about a year of having it in place. I purchased the Clearblue digital test and it detected estrogen (flashing smiley face) on Monday the 7th. I tested again on Tuesday the 8th and it confirmed the LH levels with a solid smiley face which stayed on for 48 hours. An empty circle means low fertility, flashing smiley means high fertility( high estrogen) and solid smiley means peak fertility( LH surge which precedes ovulation by 24-36 hours) . Bed on high fertility and peak fertility days, and a couple of days after. If I O'd then today I'd be 3dpo and after two days of circles, I've got a flashing smiley and OPK is pos again. Temp dip from CD15 and reach the lowest on CD17.
