I find mantis easy cus it's arena has alot of room, all of its attacks can be easily ignored with a shield and I barely notice I have bleed. On medium difficulty with one player, Broodmother has 21 bars of health with some change. Each bar is equal to 50 HP, with the last incomplete bar being about 20 HP. But the fight can be broken down into 4 stages. 1st stage: Broodmother full health to about 3/4 health. This stage literally can be achieved however you play, just hit broodmother until she lost this much health. Even without perfect block she won't hurt you much.
