Wont be much help here. 84 is vehicle speed signal. 2 is erratic or missing data. 19 is signal out of range. Possibly a crank position sensor code? Try driving in low keeping the rpms above 4000 rpm for 30 seconds or a littlemore. See if it clears the code.
Cut the wire into where it is frayed. Skin back about 1/4" of insulation and slide on heat shrink. Solder the wire back together, dab on liquid electrical tape, slide the heat shrink over the area and heat. Voila, the short is fixed.. Keys food store gretna la
