I really enjoyed all the mnemonics and pictures. Definitely memorize this document cold since it follows the AAMC content guide to the T. Try to come up with your own personal example for all of the terms and be able to apply them to new examples.

I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. The 300 pg doc or even the 100 pg doc was significantly more concise and provided better explanations. If there were parts I was unfamiliar with, I just watched the corresponding Khan Academy video.Hey guys! I'll be starting my MCAT prep soon and am trying to organize my resources.
